Orders are delivered within 2–5 working days nationwide. Delivery delays may occur due to courier conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unused, undamaged condition with all packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by a warranty based on the manufacturer’s guidelines. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
