At Classy Image, we are committed to delivering your purchase safely, efficiently, and on time.
We partner with reputable South African couriers to ensure secure nationwide delivery.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to:

  • All major cities in South Africa
  • Regional towns
  • Remote and rural areas (may incur longer delivery times)

International delivery is not currently available.


2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Delivery timeframes begin once payment has been received and processed.


3. Free Delivery

Orders over R1,500 qualify for Free Standard Delivery anywhere in South Africa.


4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Partners

We make use of trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, including:

  • The Courier Guy
  • Fastway
  • Aramex
  • RAM (where necessary)

Tracking information will be provided for all courier deliveries.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier name
  • Tracking number
  • Tracking link

7. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • The courier may attempt a re-delivery
  • Alternatively, the parcel may be held at a local collection point

Redelivery may incur additional charges depending on the courier.


8. Packaging

All items are securely packaged to protect your purchase during transit.
Watches are shipped with their original protective packaging and presentation boxes (where applicable).


9. Shipping Restrictions

For safety and compliance reasons, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Box addresses
  • International destinations (currently unavailable)
  • Hazardous or restricted areas

10. Damaged / Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging/damage
  • Product details

We will investigate and assist with replacement or resolution.


11. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Non-collection
  • Failed delivery attempts

We will contact you to arrange reshipment.
