Returns & Refunds Policy

At Classy Image, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

You may return products for refund or exchange if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival
  • You received the incorrect item
  • The product is unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories

Items must be returned within:

  • 7 days for change-of-mind returns
  • 14 days for defective product claims

Proof of purchase is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
  • Items without original packaging and accessories
  • Sale / clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Costs

  • If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping is free.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method only
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect)

5. Exchanges

If you request an exchange and the item is in stock, we will dispatch it once the original item is received and inspected.
If the item is unavailable, a refund may be offered.
