Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at info@classyimage.co.za or 072 333 2280.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return under our Returns Policy.

Products Eligible for Cancellation

Cancellations will only be accepted for:

• Unshipped orders

• Orders with incorrect product selection

• Delayed dispatch beyond 7 days

Refunds on Cancellations

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.

• Classy Image reserves the right to deduct bank charges or administrative fees where applicable.

Cancellation by Classy Image

We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

• Payment fraud or suspected high-risk transactions

• Stock unavailability

• Incorrect pricing due to system error
  In these cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
