At Classy Image, all watches include a standard manufacturer warranty to protect against factory defects.
1. Warranty Period
Most products include:
- 1–2 year limited warranty (brand dependent)
- Warranty terms vary per product – please refer to product listing details
2. What Warranty Covers
The warranty applies to:
- Manufacturing defects
- Mechanical failure unrelated to misuse
- Faulty internal components
3. What Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty will not apply to:
- Damage due to misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Water damage due to incorrect usage
- Wear and tear (straps, batteries, scratches, etc.)
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling
4. Claims Process
To submit a warranty claim:
Contact us with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of issue
- Photos or videos of fault
If approved, we will:
- Repair the item, or
- Replace the product, or
- Offer store credit (if replacement unavailable)
5. Turnaround Time
Warranty processing may take 7–21 working days depending on supplier or manufacturer process.
